Ordering & Art Spec Information

ORDERING INFORMATION

All purchase orders need to be emailed saablym99t@gmail.com please attach a hard copy of the art with your purchase order.

Please indicate your in-hands date on your PO, otherwise your order may be moved ahead or behind other orders to accommodate our production schedule.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Acceptable Digital Art: Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) files & Corel Draw (.cdr) files.

1. All (.eps) files need to be saved as “vector” or “editable”

2. All fonts need to be converted to paths/curves/outlines.

3. Please attach a hard copy of the art with your purchase order, otherwise art department will not be held responsible for translation of digital art.

Typesetting/Artwork Charges: $40 (U) if artwork needs additional basic work. Additional charges may accrue on artwork that requires more than standard artwork time. A quote will be provided if any additional charges occur.

PRINTING CHARACTERISTICS

Screen Printing: Is the process for smaller quantities and the best quality image.  Screened images are very sharp and crisp with good ink opacity. One disadvantage is that multiple color imprints must be printed and re-registered one imprint at a time making it more costly than offset printing. Multi color registration may have a variation of approximately 1/16".

PAD Printing: ...Our professional pad printing service can print your promotional graphic, logo or artwork onto almost any three dimensional surface including plastic, metal, wood and glass.

PRINTING DISCLAIMERS

Halftones & Screens: Halftones can be printed on an individual basis.  Please email artwork for review to saablym99t@gmail.com

Ink Color Match: No Charge for PMS matching. Color is matched as close as possible. 

Ink Change: $40 (U) for each additional ink change within an order.

Copy Change: Available upon request, screen charges will apply. 

Multiple Color Imprints:  Multi-color imprints are priced per color on all silkscreen products. These jobs must be quoted!

Over/Under Runs: We ship exact quantities on all orders.

Ink Adhesion: We take great care to the highest level to ensure that the Ink we use match the surface we print on. The items we sell are tested as for ink adhesion.

PROOFS

Paper Proof: Faxed black and white proof showing imprint size. No charge.

Email Proof: Emailed black and white proof showing imprint size. No charge.

Virtual Samples: An emailed 2 Dimensional proof with logo placed on a digital photo of the item. Virtual samples show color and placement, these are not to be used for color and print characteristic approval. $45 (R) sent within 24 hours of request. Paper or email proof required first. 

Spec/Product Samples: Available upon request. Allow normal lead time for spec samples (10 days). If an order results, there will be no additional art or screen/plate charges if no changes are made. Paper proof sent before production.

SCREENS & PLATES

New Orders: Require a screen or a plate per color.

Reorders: Do not require new screens/plates as long as the order is an exact reorder, is from the original distributorship, and it is within 2 years of the last order.

Screen Charges: $40 (U) per item, per color.

PRODUCTION TIME

Printed Products: 10 work days on normal quantities (100-5000), including proof and credit approval.

Offset Printed Items & Multi-Color Imprints: 2-3 weeks  

Blank Goods: Ship within 2-3 days as items are available.  

RUSH SERVICE

3-Day Rush Service: $25 minimum or 25% up charge of total product. 1-color imprints only. Shipment will be made 3 days from receipt of approved art as items are available. Prepayment required unless approved by the credit department.

SHIPPING

FOB: Central Pennsylvania

Carriers: UPS, FedEx, FedEx Ground, USPS.

Freight Quotes: Available upon request.

Claims: For damage must be filed within 5 days of receipt.  Please keep all packaging.

PRINTING/PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

Pricing: Catalog & website pricing and other information are subject to change without notice. 

Product Color:  For product colors please see Timberwolf Product PMS color sheet. Due to printing and computer monitor limitations we cannot be held liable for variations in color. If color is important please consult a PMS chart or request a random sample of the product color. 

Scuffs & Scratches:  It is the nature of plastic to scuff and scratch during stacking and shipping. Clear and dark colored plastics show this the most. These scuffs and scratches are not considered a defect. If this is a concern order a random sample, however this is still no guarantee that your product will be better or worse than the sample you received as the scuffs and scratches are random in nature. 

Order Cancellation:  All costs before order cancellation will be invoiced.

Returns: All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Authorization by us must be made before merchandise is returned. 

Under-minimum charge: $40 (U) 50 pieces is the absolute minimum.

Blank Items: Prices are set on an (R). Lead time 2-3 days.

Trademarks: All artwork submitted by the distributor will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. Trademarks and art designs imprinted on the items with this catalog and website are shown as examples of imprint quality. They are not intended to suggest that they were designed by us or are available to all customers.
